I’m a natural storyteller and creative builder. I help brands tell cohesive narratives, while developing strategies, content and campaigns that have a measurable impact on revenue, growth and awareness. With more than 12 years of experience, I use my expertise to translate products into benefits and use cases, while providing customers meaningful and actionable content.

Currently I’m a customer marketing manager at Dropbox, as part of the product marketing team, where I help bring customer success stories and use cases to life, and amplifying them internally and externally. The best part of my job is building relationships with customers to learn about their paint points, needs and successes, and highlighting the amazing work they do with our products. I support product launches, brand campaigns, and customer feedback loops.

Previously, I’ve led content teams and implemented content strategies to build loyalty and drive revenue for B2B organizations; freelanced for dozens of consumer publications, including Popular Science, BBC and The New York Times; worked for internal communications teams to improve employee engagement; and worked as a reporter and editor covering local news.

I love working in high-impact roles where I’m able to develop strategies for content programs, GTM launches and customer use cases. I have a knack for translating complicated topics into digestible, value-driven content, and I do my best work in collaborative and cross-functional environments.
